Camp FAQ
1. My child will enter Grade 3 this September. Can she join the Senior A group for Grades 3-4 with their friends?
Yes, the groups are based on the grades children will enter this September. And we fully understand and respect your child needs to stay with their friends in summer time for fun activities. We encourage campers to join our camp together to have an even better and enjoyable summer time.
2. If I need to register 8:00AM-6:00PM for the camp, what's the total fee?
Fee of Before/After Camp Time is $2/hour. If you need the above time for 5 days, the total fee is $155/week. Before/After Camp Time is optional and to give parents some flexibility for their working time. Our staff will be on site from 7:40AM in the morning.
3. Is lunch and snack included?
Camper needs to bring their own lunch and snack this year. But if you have special needs for some days, please let us know. Our staff will be happy to assist on.
4. Is camp a nut-free environment?
Yes, our camps are in school environment, and enforced to be nut-free. Parents are reminded to ensure lunch and snack are nut-free. If your child has allergies, please declare in registration form and our staff will provide special care and medical attention.
5. Can I order lunch for my child?
Yes, we provide lunch service for busy parents. Lunch are ordered from Pizza Nova, Subway and restaurants - nut-free. Each lunch is $4 and changes daily. Please order in advance.
6. How do I email Registration Form?
After complete the Registration Form, click "Submit By Email" at right top corner of the form.
1. If you are using Email application, select "Desktop Email Application", then click "Send Data File" to our office Email address office@threeflavors.org.
2. If you are using Internet Mail, like Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, select "Internet Mail", then following instruction. Step 1: "Save Data File". Step 2: Create a new email, and send the saved data file to our office email address office@threeflavors.org.
Please note Data File is not registration form itself. When we receive Data File of your registration, we will reload it to Registration Form and print as the record. We will email you the confirmation within a week.
