Summer Camp Registration

1. In Person:

Download and complete Registration Form, and submit with the payment at our program location in the following time. Form can also be obtained at our program location.

Your registration will be confirmed on site when you register in person.

2. Online:

The following are the procedures when you register online.

(1) Registration: Register the program online. Enter

Your registration will be sent to office@threeflavors.org and a copy of registration will be sent to your email address.

(2) Confirmation: A confirmation email with the completed registration form and payment information will be sent to your email address in 3-5 days after the registration is received and confirmed.

(3) Payment: After the confirmation email is received, please print and sign the registration form, then submit with the payment either in person at Langstaff Community Center or mail to our accounting address - 156 Shadow Falls Dr, Richmond Hill ON L4E 0N9.

3. Mail:

(1) Download and complete Registration Form, then mail with your payment to our above accounting address.
(2) A confirmation email will be sent to your email address once the registration form and/or payment are received.

Confirmation

Another confirmation email will be sent out to your email address by the end of June before the camp starts. In the confirmation, we will also notify you your child group and classroom.
