Camp FAQ

1. Is the camp a nut-free environment?

Yes, our camps are in school environment, and enforced to be nut-free. Parents are reminded to ensure lunch and snack are nut-free. If your child has allergies, please declare in registration form and our staff will provide special care and medical attention.

2. What's the minimum age to enroll the summer camp program?

The summer program is for the students in the age of 5-12. If your child is in SK now and goes to Grade 1 this September, then you can register your child in our Junior A group.

If you have a child under 5 yeas old, you may check to see if there is any suitable Town summer program for your child in Community Recreation Guide. At Red Maple camp site, the Town program is running in the same building of the school.

3. What things we need to bring to camp?

4. If I need to register 7:30AM-6:00PM for the camp, what's the total fee?

Fee of Before/After Camp Time is $3/hour, max $9/day. If you need the above time for 5 days, the total fee is $170/week ($160.00 before April 30th).

5. Are lunch and snacks included?

Camper needs to bring their own lunch and snacks. But occationally if you have special needs, please let us know, our staff will be happy to assist on.

6. Do you have lunch program?

You could order lunch through our Summer Camp Lunch Program for Pizza and Subway.

On every Monday and Wednesday, you could order pizza for your child. Our pizza is ordered from Pizza Nova, very good pizza in fresh. The cost is $5/each, one drink is included.

On every Tuesday and Wednesday, you could order Subway for your child. The cost is $5/each, one drink is included.

7. What's the latest time to order the lunch?

All lunch orders need to submitted online at least one day early. If you have submitted lunch order one day before but have not paid, your child will still get the lunch. But you need to submit the payment as soon as you can.

8. Could you let me know the trip in each week?

The trip in each week will be arranged based on weather condition, and will be announced on every Tuesday in the week. We will have fun-filled trips to farm, theater, science center, wave pool, bowling, play ground, and more. The estimated cost for each trip is $10-$15 per camper depending on destination.

9. If I want to change my registration, what should I do?

Please email to office@threeflavors.org and let us know what changes you want to make. If you receive the confirmation in email, please simply rely the email for your changes, and we will process and update the registration for you. All changes are subject to the space availability.

- If you want to extend your registration, you do not have to re-register again. Simply email us the weeks you want to extend, we will update and let you know the payment balance.

- There is no charge if you want to switch one week to another week.

10. What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requires one week notice and is subject to an administration fee $50. Please email us your request, and we will process and mail the refund in 4 weeks.

11. Could I request to arrange my child to be in the same group of their friends?

The groups are based on the grades children will enter this September. We fully understand and respect your child needs to stay with their friends in summer time for fun activities, and we will definitely evaluate and try to arrange them in the same group. We encourage campers to join our camp together to have an even better and enjoyable summer time.

12. How do I enroll my child in French class?

Please specify "French" in registration memo if you want your child in French class. French class is only for students who are in French Immersion school. There will be 1-2 French classes each week, but the camper will still have 2 English classes each week. The class schedule is subject to the number of campers who are registered in the class.

13. How do I register online?

[2] Enter all required information, and preview all your entries before summit.

[3] Submit the information. Your registration will be sent to office@threeflavors.org and a copy of registration will be sent to your email address.

14. How do I submit the payment after register online?

A confirmation email with the registration and payment information will be sent to your email address in 3-5 days after the registration information is received and the space is confirmed. Please sign the registration form and summit with your payment either in person or by mail after you receive the confirmation email.

15. When do I get the tax receipt?

Tax Receipt will be issued at the year end and sent to the email address you provide to us on the registration form.
