Summer Camp - Important Notice For Parents
Peanut Free
As we have a few campers with us who have severe peanut allergies, please ensure that your child only brings peanut-free food and snack. This is very important and thanks for your cooperation!
Things to Bring to Camp
1. Backpack with pencil case
2. Running shoes
3. Sunscreen
4. Sun hat
5. Water bottle
6. Swimsuit and towel (for water park days)
7. One extra clothing (optional)
8. Snack and lunch (if not ordered) – nuts free!
NOTE: All camper items should be personally labeled.
Camper Drop-Off /Pick-up
All campers should be dropped off and picked up in the area designated for their groups. Please check our camp whiteboard in the front of school entrance. Sign In and Sign Out sheets are marked by our staff, please check out for your child’s In and Out time.
Sick/Missed Days
Please call us at (416)829-6306 or (416)900-1578 to report the absence ahead of time, or contact us through online "Quick Contact".
All camp broadcast information, personal confirmation and tax receipt will be sent to the email address you provide to us in the registration form. So please ensure you provide us an email address you will check regularly.
Summer Lunch Program
During the summer camp time, parents could order Pizza lunch on every Monday and Wednesday. Our pizza is ordered from Pizza Nova, very good pizza in fresh. One drink is included in the lunch. The cost for each lunch is $5. You could order lunch any time through our Summer Lunch Program.
On every Tuesday and Thursday, you could order lunch from "Kids Kitchen" at www.kidskitchen.ca. The lunch will be delivered to our camp and we will distribute to your child at lunch time.
Tax Receipt
All camp tax receipts will be issued at the year end and sent to the email address you provide in the registration form.
Online Quick Contact
Online Quick Contact is for parent to contact us in a quick email. The message will be received by our camp supervisors and will be processed immediately during summer camp time. Click the "Contact" icon on the left of webpage to lauch the form.
